Appropriations; provides moneys for annual period beginning July 1, 2000, & ending June 30, 2001, to pay salaries, & other expenses, capital outlay - buildings, & other improvements, & for other specified purposes of various agencies of State government. APPROPRIATION: $50,919,951,413.

Effective Date: 07/01/2000 except ss. 40 & 41 take effect 05/30/2000
