Medicaid/Drug Spending Control; amends provision re cost-effective purchasing of health care under Medicaid program; requires AHCA to implement Medicaid prescribed drug spending control program; specifies program components; provides for implementation to extent funds are appropriated; authorizes contracts; requires annual report. Amends 409.912.
