GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Holzendorf
Insurance; provides that part VI of Fla. Insurance Code regulating adjusters does not apply to employees or agents of certain governmental entities; provides exception to minimum down-payment requirement for motor vehicle insurance policies. Amends 626.852, 627.7295.
