GENERAL BILL by Commerce and Economic Opportunities ; Kirkpatrick

Workforce Education; expands scope of performance measures for programs funded through Workforce Development Education Fund to include placement or retention in high-skill, high-wage occupations defined by guidelines of Workforce Development Board; abolishes Quick-Response Advisory Committee; directs Workforce Development Board to supervise expenditure, management, & administration of certain federal workforce development funds, etc. Amends Ch. 288, 239.115.
