Workforce Innovation Act of 2000; revises provisions implementing federal Workforce Investment Act of 1998 to conform to changes made by act; revises investment act principles & funding requirements; redesignates Workforce Development Board as "Workforce Florida, Inc."; requires reports & measures of outcomes; requires Workforce Florida, Inc. to develop strategic plan for workforce development, etc. Amends FS.
