GENERAL BILL by Corrections ; Trovillion

Corrections Department; provides legislative intent re release of info to public which concerns persons under community supervision by said dept.; provides requirements re equipment provided to probation officers by dept.; requires dept. to submit info technology plan to Legislature; requires that payments collected from offenders be applied toward victim restitution before satisfying other financial obligations of offender, etc. Amends Ch. 948, 775.089.
