Education Advisory Bodies; deletes provisions re Task Force on Gender Equity in Education; requires that certain former responsibilities of task force be provided for in rules of State Board of Education; requires DOE to identify all education advisory bodies; assigns Education Commissioner responsibility for developing, maintaining, & modifying accounting system for expenditures of education advisory bodies, etc. Amends Chs. 228, 231, 232, 235; creates 229.553.
