GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Regulated Industries ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Forman

Regulation of Nonmedical Professions; provides per diem & travel expenses for bd. of directors & staff of Fla. Engineers Management Corp.; requires OPPAGA, in consultation with Legislative Committee on Intergovernmental Relations to conduct study of construction retainage methods; adds circumstance under which engineering documents must be sealed; revises scope of work of commercial & residential pool/spa contractors & swimming pool/spa servicing contractors, etc. Amends FS.
