Everglades Restoration & Funding; provides that Save Our Everglades Trust Fund is exempt from certain service charges; revises redistribution criteria for unencumbered balances from Fla. Preservation 2000 program; provides for transfer of funds from Fla. Forever TF into Save Our Everglades TF; creates "Everglades Restoration Investment Act", etc. Amends Ch. 259, 215.22, 375.045; creates 373.470. APPROPRIATION: $50,000,000.
