Relative Caregiver Program; revises criteria for financial assistance under Relative Caregiver Program; prescribes date of entitlement to benefits under said program; authorizes CFS Dept. to transfer TANF savings to Title XX Social Services Block Grant to provide program benefits; exempts children receiving relative caregiver benefits from Work & Gain Economic Self-sufficiency (WAGES) Act; requires dept. to establish pilot program, etc. Amends 39.5085, 239.117.
