Rural Economic Development; provides for deposit of portion of corporate income tax revenues in Rural Economic Development TF; extends deadlines for Office of Tourism, Trade, & Economic Development to pursue execution of memorandum of agreement with U.S. Dept. of Agriculture, & to develop guidelines & criteria, re use of Rural Infrastructure Fund; directs specified agencies to develop strategic plan for use of said fund, etc. Amends 220.701, 288.0655.
