GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Byrd
Trial Court Jurisdiction; gives county courts jurisdiction over certain third degree felonies; increases amount in controversy over which county court has jurisdiction; corrects reference to Fla. rules of court; removes circuit court jurisdiction over certain third degree felonies. Amends 34.01, 26.012.
