Public Records/CFS Dept. Personnel; provides exemption from public records requirements for certain records re personnel of CFS Dept. who provide services to abused, neglected, abandoned, or exploited children, disabled adults, & elderly persons & their families; provides for future repeal; provides finding of public necessity. Amends 119.07.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
