Corrections Department; provides legislative intent re release of info to public which concerns persons under community supervision by said dept.; provides requirements re equipment provided to probation officers by dept.; requires dept. to submit info technology plan to Legislature; includes certain correctional probation officers within Special Risk Class of FRS & provides for inclusion of probation & parole circuit & deputy circuit administrators, etc. Amends FS.

Effective Date: 10/01/2000 except as otherwise provided
