GENERAL BILL by Hargrett
Public Employees Relations; clarifies definition of professional employee; provides conforming language for transfer of Public Employees Relations Commission to DMS & deletes obsolete language; clarifies procedure for appeals, charges, & petitions; authorizes commission to modify existing bargaining units; provides for transfer of commission to DMS by type two transfer; repeals provision re representation in commission cases, etc. Amends Ch. 447.
