GENERAL BILL by Family Law & Children ; Roberts-Burke ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Brown ; Effman ; Lynn

Dependent Children Protection; provides for precedence & confidentiality of orders of circuit court in dependency matters involving child custody or visitation; creates provisions re disposition & postdisposition change of custody; provides conditions & requirements for court placement of child in long-term custody; provides conditions & requirements for court approval of placement in independent living, etc. Amends Ch. 39, 409.2554, 435.045.
