Domestic Violence; redefines terms "domestic violence", "family or household member", "domestic violence center", & "domestic violence advocate"; specifies persons to whom confidential communication provisions apply; provides for confidentiality of certain communications only if domestic violence advocate is registered with CFS Dept.; specifies when person has standing to file petition for injunction against domestic violence, etc. Amends FS.
