Law School Scholarship Program; provides minimum requirements for support services provided through said program; authorizes provision of awards to part-time students; provides for establishment of amount of award for part-time student; provides guarantee of enrollment of certain number of award recipients, provided certain requirements are met; revises services provided as part of minority pre-law scholarship loan program, etc. Amends 240.498.
