Mobile Home Parks; defines term "proportionate share" for purposes of determining passthrough charge; authorizes Fla. Land Sales, Condominiums, & Mobile Homes Div. of DBPR to charge fee for amendments to an approved prospectus or offering circular; requires park owners to make available for inspection applicable rental agreement, rules, & prospectus; provides for election of board members in mobile home cooperative homeowners' assoc., etc. Amends Chs. 320, 719, 723.
