FRS/Vested After 5 Years; provides that members employed in regularly established position shall be vested after 5 years of creditable service; provides that any terminated, inactive member must be actively employed in covered position for 1 calendar year or more on or after bill's effective date to achieve vested status with 5 years of service; provides legislative declaration of important state interest, etc. Amends Ch. 121.
Effective Date: 07/01/2000 except as otherwise provided
