GENERAL BILL by Silver
Public Records/Child Death Review; provides that confidential information obtained by State Child Death Review Committee, local committee, or panel or committee assembled by either, or by hospital or health care practitioner from any of those entities, shall remain confidential; provides exemption from public records & public meeting requirements for specified records & meetings of state committee, local comm., or panel or committee assembled by either, re child fatalities, etc.
