Fla. Child Death Review Act; creates said act; provides legislative policy & intent; creates Child Death Review Committee within Health Dept.; provides for members of committee to be reimbursed for expenses; provides for counties to establish local committees; provides for membership & duties; authorizes review committees to have access to information pertaining to death of child; authorizes State Child Death Review Committee to issue subpoenas, etc.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
