GENERAL BILL by Community Affairs ; Gay

Independent Special Districts; revises provisions which authorize separate legal entity created to administer interlocal agreement & controlled by counties or municipalities, or combination thereof, to issue bonds to finance capital projects, & which provide powers & duties with respect thereto, to include such entities controlled by said districts or by independent special districts in combination with counties & municipalities, etc. Amends 163.01, Ch. 348.
