GENERAL BILL by Roberts-Burke
Discrimination; provides for Attorney General to investigate violations of rights secured by state law; defines terms "place of public accommodation" & "undue burden" for purposes of Florida Civil Rights Act of 1992; prohibits place of public accommodation from discriminating against individual or class of individuals on basis of disability; requires that goods & other services be provided to said individual in integrated setting, etc. Amends 16.57, 413.08, Ch. 760.
