CS/HB 2365: Wetlands Mitigation

GENERAL BILL by Environmental Protection ; Alexander

Wetlands Mitigation; authorizes water management district governing board to delegate its powers, duties, & functions; requires establishment & operation of mitigation projects under memorandum of agreement, under certain conditions; authorizes certain mitigation options for private single-family lots or homeowners; requires DEP & certain water management districts to adopt single uniform wetland mitigation assessment method, etc. Amends Ch. 373, 20.255, 287.042.
