GENERAL BILL by Environmental Protection ; Dockery ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Putnam ; Constantine ; Alexander

Land Management Costs; provides additional requirements for land management plans re Conservation & Recreation Lands Program; modifies categories of land management needs; requires land management agencies to demonstrate contributions to performance measures; creates Land Management Uniform Accounting Council; provides membership; provides duties & responsibilities re review, etc. Amends 259.032; creates 259.037.
