CS/CS/SB 2374: Vocational Rehabilitation
GENERAL BILL by Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Commerce and Economic Opportunities ; Kirkpatrick
Vocational Rehabilitation; establishes Occupational Access & Opportunity Div. within DOE; provides that hearings on certain vocational rehabilitation determinations by Occupational Access & Opportunity Commission need not be conducted by administrative law judge; revises internal organizational structure of Blind Services Division; requires said division to report on use of community-based programs to deliver services, etc. Amends Ch. 413, 20.15, 120.80.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
