Judiciary; provides for specified funding of offices of clerks of circuit & county courts; requires counties to fund specified costs & functions; limits designation of specified programs & functions; provides basis for funding; requires counties to pay costs of Office of Statewide Prosecutor; requires counties to fund specified functions prior to specified date; establishes Commission on Revision 7 to Article V, etc. Creates 11.75; amends Ch. 216.
