Driver's License Suspension/DUI; requires use of ignition interlock device for certain time period for persons convicted of second or subsequent time for DUI; lowers bloodalcohol level required for operation of said device; provides for 30day review of device & results of data log to be sent to offender's probation officer & DUI program; provides effective time period for issuance of temporary permit & waiting period before said permit becomes effective, etc. Amends FS.
