DUI/Substance Abuse Course/Minors; provides for requirement that certain license suspensions shall remain in effect for described time period; provides for assumption of costs for substance abuse education; provides definition; provides for admission of certain minors into county addictions receiving facilities under certain circumstances; clarifies bloodalcohol & breathalcohol level that is unlawful, etc. Amends 322.2616.
