GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; King

Banking; specifies criteria under which banker's bank may provide services to financial institution in organization or to proposed financial institution; provides conditions for certain stock dividends issued by bank or trust company; clarifies term "banker's bank"; provides legislative intent specifying certain deposits as payondeathdesignated accounts under certain circumstances, etc. Amends 658.12,.165,.34; repeals 655.81.
