Mandatory Sentences/Sexual Offenses; redesignates repeat sexual batterer as "repeat sexual felony offender"; provides within definition category of enumerated felony offenses; requires court to sentence defendant as repeat sexual felony offender & impose 20year mandatory minimum term of imprisonment under specified circumstances when defendant is to be sentenced for committing or attempting to commit any of enumerated felony offenses, etc. Amends 794.0115, 800.04.
