GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Policy ; Criminal Justice ; Education ; Horne

Juvenile Justice Education Programs; provides for district school systems to provide instructional personnel to certain juvenile justice programs; prescribes duties of Juvenile Justice Dept. & DOE re providing educational instruction to certain delinquent youths; allows full-time teachers in juvenile justice schools to participate in critical-teacher-shortage tuition-reimbursement programs, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $200,000.
