GENERAL BILL by Diaz-Balart
CFS Dept./Rulemaking Authority (RAB); requires that said dept. adopt rules to administer provisions governing medical assistance & adopt rules to administer refugee assistance program; authorizes dept. to adopt rules for determining person's eligibility for WAGES Program; provides for rules to allow exceptions to requirements that child receive certain immunizations; authorizes dept. to adopt rules for administering diversion services. Amends Ch. 414, 409.919; creates 409.953.
