GENERAL BILL by King
Court Costs & Attorney's Fees; provides for board of county commissioners to request court to order defendant who has received public assistance in his or her defense to perform community service in satisfaction of lien for payment of attorney's fees & costs; provides for court to establish number of hours of community service required.
