GENERAL BILL by Clary
Management Privatization Act; creates said act; allows DBPR to contract with private entity to provide specified support services for professional licensing boards, commissions, & councils; requires such contract on behalf of Architecture & Interior Design Board; provides powers & responsibilities of dept. & private entity; maintains confidentiality of information; establishes reporting & audit requirements; provides for sovereign immunity, etc. Creates 455.30. APPROPRIATION: $500,000.
Effective Date: Upon becoming law
