GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Myers
Trauma Services; revises minimum components for local & regional trauma services system plans; revises minimum components for state regional trauma system plans; provides for statewide inclusive trauma system; provides for uniform protocols; provides medical responsibility & accountability for trauma victims during interfacility trauma transfer; creates Emergency Services Task Force, etc. Amends Ch. 395, 322.0602, 440.13.
