GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Grant
Florida Safety Belt Law; provides restrictions on authority to search motor vehicle, its contents, driver, or passenger based on safety belt violation; deletes provision that requires enforcement of act only as secondary action; requires motor vehicle insurers to reduce rates for certain motor vehicle insurance coverages. Amends 316.614.
