GENERAL BILL by Effman ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Brown ; Futch

Family Violence/Crossreporting; requires animal control officers or other agents appointed under specified provision to report known or suspected child abuse, abandonment, or neglect or abuse; provides penalty; requires persons who are required to report or investigate child abuse, abandonment, or neglect under specified provisions, to report known or suspected animal abuse, neglect, cruelty, or abandonment; provides penalty, etc. Amends 39.201, 828.073; creates 39.208.
