Hurricane Irene Recovery TF/DCA; creates Hurricane Irene Recovery & Rebuilding Trust Fund within DCA; requires Comptroller to transfer sales tax collections resulting from Hurricane Irene from General Revenue Fund to trust fund for specified period; provides for Governor to authorize transfer of funds from TF during specified period to specified municipalities & unincorporated areas of MiamiDade County for relief & recovery activities re Hurricane Irene, etc. Amends 215.22.
