GENERAL BILL by Community Affairs ; Greenstein

Local Government Code Enforcement; authorizes local government code enforcement boards to sue to recover amount of money judgment on lien plus interest; exempts certain property from application of certain money judgment provisions; provides for prevailing party to recover all costs, including attorney's fees, in action for money judgment on lien; provides alternative location for posting certain notices, etc. Amends 162.09,.10,.12.
