Sales Tax Exemptions; amends provision re tax on lease or rental of or license in real property; provides exemption for property rented, leased, subleased, or licensed by certain facilities to concessionaire selling event-related products during event at facility; provides that value of admission does not include state or local seat surcharges, taxes, or fees, or certain ticket service charges under certain conditions, etc. Amends 212.031,.04; repeals 212.031(10).

Effective Date: 07/01/2000 except as otherwise provided
