Release of Employee Information; provides specified requirements of employers re background investigation of applicant for employment or appointment as fulltime, parttime, or auxiliary law enforcement officer, correctional officer, or correctional probation officer; provides requirements re authorization to release information; defines term "employment information"; provides for injunctive relief; provides presumption; provides for fees to cover costs incurred by employer.
