Tax Exemptions; provides exemption from tax on sales, use, & other transactions for sales or leases to all organizations exempt from federal income tax under specific provision of Internal Revenue Code; removes & revises various specific exemptions to conform; provides for application of provisions re temporary exemption certificates to newly organized organizations exempt under specific provision, etc. Amends Chs. 196, 212, 376, 403, 414, 496, 564.
