GENERAL BILL by Levine
Witness Protection; requires CFS Dept. to conduct child protective investigation under certain circumstances; requires law enforcement agencies to provide specified protective services for certain victims or witnesses; requires signed statement when victim or witness declines such services. Amends 914.25.
