GENERAL BILL by Banking and Insurance ; Latvala ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Geller ; Horne ; King
Florida Health Endowment Association; creates said association; provides for appointment of board of directors; provides for adoption of comprehensive health insurance coverage for state residents; provides eligibility requirements for persons who seek to join new health endowment insurance plan; provides coverages, benefits, expenses, premiums, & deductibles under plan; authorizes assoc. to contract with insurers to provide diseasemanagement services, etc. Repeals ss. of Ch. 627. APPROPRIATION: $50,000,000.
