Florida Statutes; repeals various statutory provisions that have become obsolete, have had their effect, have served their purpose, or have been impliedly repealed or superseded; deletes obsolete deadline for designation of coastal areas to be used by sea turtles for nesting; repeals provision re budget approval for funding enforcement of Pollutant Discharge Prevention & Control Act, etc. Amends & Repeals various FS.
