GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Clary
Certificates of Need/AHCA; deletes certificate-of-need requirement for licensure of Medicare-certified home health agencies; deletes references to Medicare-certified home health agencies; specifies types of bed increases subject to review; provides exemptions for combinations or divisions of nursing home certificates of need & additions of certain hospital beds & nursing home beds within specified limitations, etc. Amends Chs. 400, 408, 651.118.
Effective Date: 07/01/2000 except as otherwise provided
