GENERAL BILL by Comprehensive Planning, Local and Military Affairs ; Carlton

Emergency Management Planning; revises amount of annual appropriation from Fla. Hurricane Catastrophe Fund; prescribes duties of Board of Regents re identifying public hurricane evacuation shelter space on certain campuses; requires submission of capital improvements program; revises provisions re registration of persons requiring special needs assistance in emergencies; provides for establishment of health practitioner registry for disasters & emergencies, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $600,000.
