GENERAL BILL by Saunders ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Latvala
Wine Shipments/Out of State; provides for certain direct shipments of wine from out of state; requires shippers to have certain licenses; provides prohibitions; provides for administrative & criminal penalties; exempts charitable organizations from excise & sales & use taxes on sales made from said shipments, subject to restrictions; provides that certain provisions are inapplicable to wine shipped under specific provision. Creates 561.585; amends 561.54,.545.
